TexMed also offers applications engineering support to assist in resin selection, design and prototyping at no extra charge, as well as, expedited production lead-times when necessary.  Every step is taken to ensure a consistent quality product, with procedures such as DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), Instron (tensile and elongation), specific gravity index, digital camera microscope and extrusion plastometer (melt index). One of our biggest assets  is TexMed's ability to  provide complete traceability on each and every lot of tubing produced.
